Alexander Imel focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including commercial and business disputes and representation of real estate agents and brokers in disputes over residential and commercial real estate transactions.
With a broad range of litigation experience, Alec has represented businesses and individuals in matters involving contractual disputes, business torts and shareholder disputes. He has also represented real estate agencies, brokers and agents in disputes involving New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania consumer protection and discrimination statutes as well as state and trade association ethics rules.
