Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A. (“OLSS”) is pleased to announce that Kevin M. Fenstemaker has joined the firm as Counsel in the Real Estate and Corporate practice groups.

Kevin has represented issuers, developers and borrowers in transactions involving the cumulative issuance of billions of dollars of bonds by state agencies, municipalities and their instrumentalities. He is well-versed in complex commercial real estate agreements, including structuring, drafting and negotiating financial agreements, loan agreements, ground leases, redevelopment agreements and related project agreements. Prior to joining OLSS, Kevin had been elevated to Partner at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC in Roseland, NJ.
Kevin earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Boston College.
