Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A. is pleased to announce the growth of its litigation practice with the addition of Marc C. Singer as a Shareholder in the firm. The addition of Marc will enhance the firm’s commercial litigation practice in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania regions, complement its other practice groups, and round out the firm’s service offering to clients.
Marc concentrates his practice in real estate, fiduciary, commercial and business litigation. He has handled numerous complex matters in both the state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as before arbitrators and mediators. Marc represents a wide variety of clients, including commercial property owners, developers, brokerage firms, trusts, financial institutions, and closely-held businesses. In addition, Marc regularly advises real estate brokers, agencies and title insurers in professional liability claims arising out of brokerage and sale agreements, having been involved with the real estate brokerage industry since the 1980s.
As a seasoned and highly sophisticated business litigator, Marc augments the commercial litigation capabilities of OLSS’s already well-respected Litigation Group. In addition, Marc’s deep expertise in real estate litigation and counseling complements the firm’s established transactional Real Estate Group, which is focused on representing commercial property developers.
Marc received his J.D. from Seton Hall University and his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining OLSS, Marc was a member at Saiber LLC.
