Services to Professional Practices

At OLSS, we recognize that professional practices – including law, medicine, engineering and architecture – sometimes have business and legal needs unique to their professions. Drawing on an interdisciplinary team of tax, business and litigation attorneys, we counsel physicians, accountants, lawyers and other professionals on issues across the entire business lifecycle. From the start, we help establish and structure practices, organize or reorganize their practices, prepare employment and professional services agreements, and structure "buy-in" arrangements and buy-sell agreements. Working with established practices, we engage in mergers and acquisitions, and, when the time is right, we work to unwind existing professional affiliations.
