Following a career representing closely-held business entities in corporate and real estate transactions, Ralph Lowenbach now devotes his practice to mediating business disputes. He also serves as an expert witness in business-related legal malpractice matters.
Ralph has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience. He has been extensively involved in real estate acquisition and development, including related environmental issues, for major retailer and office/warehouse developers. He has also represented public companies in 1933 and 1934 Act filings and debt offerings.
