Raised in New York’s Hudson Valley, Jack Vrablik attended Fordham University, where he received an undergraduate degree in business administration. After graduation, Jack began his career by serving as an internal auditor at a Wall Street investment bank. Having a passion for the law and a business mindset, Jack continued his professional growth at Arizona State University, where he received a joint J.D./M.B.A. degree, and then began his legal career as a business litigator at the law firm of Tiffany Bosco, P.A. in Phoenix.
Seeking a return to the New York Metropolitan Area and a transition to a transactional practice, Jack joined OLSS as an associate in the Corporate and Real Estate groups.
Jack focuses his practice on advising business owners on an array of corporate activity, including:
- Entity choice and formation
- Shareholder/operating agreements
- Mergers and acquisitions
Jack also handles matters involving the buying, selling leasing and financing of commercial real estate.
