Philip Corbo to Speak at 2024 ACTEC Summer Meeting
On June 22, 2024, Philip Corbo will be a panelist at the 2024 Summer Meeting of ACTEC (The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel). The seminar titled “Having the Mettle to Settle: How to Steer Trust and Estate Controversies to Conclusion” will cover the special challenges involved in settling trust and estate controversies, key tax considerations to keep in mind when resolving disputes, and the importance of making sure all interested parties are bound.
