Susan Holzman spoke at the Estate Planning Summer Institute sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Susan’s topic was Ethics for Estate Planners, and she addressed the impact of changing technology, including the pitfalls of using ChatGPT, and the additional challenges presented by the increase in working remotely. Her presentation also included a discussion about safeguarding clients’ confidential information and property, representing clients with diminished capacity, representing multiple family members, and engaging in transactions with clients.
