Susan Holzman Speaks at the 2021 Estate Planning Summer Institute
Susan Holzman spoke at the Estate Planning Summer Institute sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Susan’s topic was Ethics for Estate Planners, and her presentation included a discussion about safeguarding clients’ confidential information and property, representing clients with diminished capacity, representing multiple family members, and engaging in transactions with clients. She addressed the impact of changing technology and the additional challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
