OLSS represented Hidden Fence Company, a dealer of electronic pet containment products, in its sale of the “Friendly Automated Software Tool” or “FAST”, a cloud-based CRM software program designed to manage leads, customers, and service for the pet fence industry, to Perimeter Technologies, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic enclosure systems for domestic animals. The OLSS deal team was led by Devin Cohen.
