OLSS Represents Service Works in Sale to Allied Universal
Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A. represented Service Works, Inc., a leading security and IT infrastructure integrator in the tri-state area, in their sale of assets to Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company with 235,000 employees and revenues over $8.5 billion. The acquisition closed on August 31, 2020. Financial terms about the transaction were not disclosed. The OLSS deal team was led by Adam Haberfield and also included Devin Cohen.
